Take at least one hour every day for some fun physical activities, both indoors and out. You could take a walk and come up with a list of ‘things to look for’ or play ‘Simon Says’ to keep it interesting. If the weather is rainy or unpleasant, set up a dance or workout video and have the whole family follow along for lots of movement and giggles.
