Parenting can be a tough job at the best of times; parenting a child with Auditory Deficit Disorder may require even more patience, time and effort as well as additional strategies and techniques. This module will not only explore Auditory Processing Deficit, it will also give you some specific strategies and general parenting strategies that can help. *Please note that in this course we do reference both the terms ‘Auditory Processing Disorder’ or ‘Deficit’, ‘ADP’,’ and ‘Learning Disability’ and at times use them interchangeably.
